Why it’s different
Naturally golden, never bleached
Its soft golden-beige colour comes from the traditional moshio process, where seawater is slowly reduced with seaweed. It is part of what gives moshio its savoury depth.
Moshio is seaweed-crafted to bring a broader mineral character than many conventional sea salts, with naturally occurring minerals including calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iodine.
