This Shipping Policy explains how we process and dispatch orders, estimated delivery times, and what to do if there is a delivery issue.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship only to the United Kingdom.
If your delivery address is outside the locations we currently serve, you may not be able to complete your order at checkout.
Processing times
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving your order.
Orders are not usually processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
At busy times, product launches, holiday periods, or when additional checks are needed, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery times
Delivery times shown at checkout or in dispatch emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather disruption, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Any available shipping options and charges will be shown before you complete your order.
From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers. Any such offer will apply only on the terms stated at the time.
Tracked shipping
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Order confirmation and dispatch confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included in that email.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getretto.com. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost, delayed or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@getretto.com, and we will do our best to help.
We may ask you to allow a reasonable period for tracking updates or courier investigation before treating a parcel as lost.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getretto.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and item.
We will review the issue and work with you to put it right.
International orders
We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
If RETTO offers international shipping in future, any customs duties, import taxes, and related charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
